Data Sources and Interaction With Us
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information about your site and web usage, patterns and location . Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Kines Care & Consulting and our affiliates, our marketing, testing and quality assurance partners, and/or our analytics, information technology and web monitoring service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the Site, tracking users' movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies that contain personal information, aggregate information, or anonymous information. Third Party Websites
Any information, including personal information, that you choose to share in any online message board, forum, or via social media is by design open to the public and not private. You should think carefully before posting any personal information via social media. What you post can be seen, disclosed to or collected by third parties and may be used by others in ways we cannot control or predict, including to contact you for unauthorized purposes. As with any social media or public forum, the information you post may show up in third-party search engines.
We may collect Personal Information from social media sites and services when you use your social media on our Site in a form submission or use the Site to take other actions on social media, such as sharing.
Social Media Sharing
Our Site includes social media sharing tools and features, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn “share” buttons and widgets, and interactive mini programs that run on our Site (each a “Feature” and, collectively, the “Features”). These Features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Site and set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site.

In certain instances you will have an opportunity to limit our uses at the time your Personal Information is collected or after by adjusting your account preferences. At Kines Care & Consulting, Inc., we respect your concerns about privacy and value the relationship we have with you. Like many companies, we use technology on our website to collect information that helps us enhance your experience and our products and services.

We may charge a reasonable administration fee for accessing Personal Information.
Please be aware that your personal information may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside your state, province or country and that such information is processed and stored in Canada. By providing your personal information, you confirm your consent to having such personal data hosted and accessed in Canada.

We do not specifically collect information from children nor market our and our Network's products or services to children. We have no reason to believe that the Site will attract children, or that children will access the Site or provide Personal Information.

You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Site with or without notice and for any reason. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your access to and use of the Site, and if we believe that you have committed such acts, we may report you to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Your consumer rights are not absolute and in certain cases are subject to conditions or limitations. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercised any of your rights.

You have the right to request, at no charge, that we disclose to you how we have handled your Personal Information in the prior 12 months, including the:
